David Haydon
David has a lifetime involvement in agriculture and remains active in his family’s 7-generation beef cattle farm in the Upper Hunter Valley region of New South Wales. He is an experienced finance and agribusiness professional having held leadership roles at the Rabobank Group in Australia and the United States that spanned the global food and agribusiness supply chain. David also worked at Ernst & Young (Australia) in transaction advisory and has degrees in Arts and Commerce from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management/Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
Nick Cranna
Nick has over 15 years’ experience as an agribusiness valuer and property adviser across Australia. He was previously National Director at Colliers and has comprehensive knowledge of rural property and water markets including through involvement in many of Australia’s largest agribusiness transactions. Growing up on a vineyard in the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia, Nick has a passion for the wine industry. He holds a Bachelor of Business Property from University of South Australia and is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.
Ben Larkin
Ben grew up on the north coast of New South Wales. He has deep knowledge of global agricultural supply chains, starting his career at Meat and Livestock Australia, before moving into logistics with Patrick Ports and Stevedoring. He has spent the last 9 years working with Rabobank Australia where he held roles in Research, Institutional Banking and Major Agribusiness Clients. Ben holds a Bachelor of Economics and Social Sciences, and a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
Natalie Meyenn
Natalie has over 25 years’ experience in financial services and investing globally. She grew up on rural properties in the Riverina and Central Western NSW where she now operates a beef cattle farm. Natalie worked in investment banking in New York and Sydney for many years and at The World Bank on Microfinance, Project Finance and Climate Change impact mitigation strategies in Asia, Africa and the Pacific Islands. More recently she was Head of the MLC Private Equity program and Chair of the Investment Committee. Natalie is an advisor, director, IC member and/or shareholder for a small number of groups including non-profits in energy and education, alternatives management firms in Europe and Australia, and an ASX listed company. She has degrees from the Australian National University and The Kennedy School at Harvard University.
Gary Tapp
Gary has over 40 years Financial Services experience across numerous roles and functions, including as Key Account Manager to HNW & UHNW Individuals, Families, Family Offices and Advisors/Planners. He has specialised in Operational Roles such as Project Management, Operational Risk, Business Support and Database and Process Management. Gary has wide-ranging knowledge and expertise having worked internationally for major Wealth Management Firms and collaborating on numerous cross border projects.
